OUR STORY

Here at Move Fitness Studio we make YOU, the client, OUR main focus.  As a seasoned personal trainer, I’ve noticed over the years, an increasing lack of innovation and attentiveness. Our private personal training changes that. YOUR needs, wants, and goals, are also OURS. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle or work on balance and core strength, that is what we will focus on. 

 

We also offer small group yoga, and help you focus on the mental aspects of health and fitness. Yoga helps reduce the stress of everyday life and helps you concentrate on yourself, even if just for a short period of time. Yoga also helps you connect your mind and body, developing your physical awareness. Bringing these two aspects of fitness together, gives you the opportunity to balance your physical and mental energy, and challenge yourself in a controlled, safe setting.
